We are Now Creatives, a media company, and are looking for a YouTube Challenge Video Editor.

Below are the requirements:

• Editing Style: The ideal Challenge Video Editor should possess a dynamic and engaging editing style that brings out the thrill and excitement inherent in challenge videos
  – Pacing expertise
  – Narrative flow
  – Visual innovation
  – Attention to detail
  – Adaptability
  – Caption Integration
• Editing Software Proficiency: Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is essential. The ability to seamlessly integrate effects, transitions, and graphics into videos is crucial for maintaining our high production standards.

• Language Skills: Strong English comprehension is a must. The Video Editor should be capable of understanding and implementing creative briefs, and for challenge videos, possess excellent writing skills for accurate and engaging captions.
• Technical Requirements:
  Internet Speed: A reliable and fast internet connection for seamless uploads and downloads. Minimum Speed: Download – 100 mbps Upload – 25 mbps
  Equipment: 
  – RAM min 16GB
  – Graphic Card Memory – min 8GB
  – Hard Drive or SSD external drive = min 1TB
  – Official Premiere Pro & After Effects – updated to the latest version. (NC pays 50% of the monthly subscription cost)
  
• Managing Short Deadlines and High-Pressure Situations: The ideal candidate must thrive in fast-paced environments and demonstrate the ability to manage short deadlines and high-pressure situations effectively.
• Cultural Fit for NC Work Environment:
  Must align with the work culture and values of NC.
  Open communicator and team collaborator.
  Ideally, has experience working remotely in a team environment.
